AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX YEAR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
WASHINGTON
~EREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010, Laws of
the State of Washington, the CiTY OF WINSLOW, has prepared a re-
vised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
ensuing si~c calendar years, 1977 through 1982 and,
~t{EP~AS, Pursuant further to said law, tlne City Council of the
City of Winslow, being the legislative body of said City did hold
a public hearing on said Comprehensive Plan at 7:30 p.m. at the
City Hall in Winslow, on the 19th day of July, 1976;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT The revised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program
for the ensuing six calendar years, 1977 through 1982, be and the
same is hereby adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and extended
Six-Year ComDrehensive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar
years, 1977 through 1982, together with a copy of this Ordinance,
be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow, Washington and
amproved by its Mayor this 19th day of July, 1976.
