ORD 77-13 UNIFORM BUILDING CODEORDINANCE NO. 77- 13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE, 1976 EDITION; THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE, 1973
EDITION; AND THE WASHINGTON STATE REGULATIONS FOR BARRIER-FREE
FACILITIES, OCTOBER 1976 EDITION.
THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Winslow does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Adoption of Uniform Building Code.
The Uniform Building Code (1976 Edition), including appendices,
as prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials
is hereby adopted by reference.
Section 2. Adoption of Uniform Fire Code.
The Uniform Fire Code (1973 Edition), including appendices,
as prepared by the International Conference of Building Officials
and Western Fire Chiefs Association is hereby adopted by reference.
Section 3. Adoption of Washington State Barrier -
Free Regulations.
The Regulations for Barrier - Free Facilities as published
by the Washington State Building Code Advisory Council on
October 1, 1976, are hereby adopted by reference.
Section 4. REPEAL.
Ordinance 66 in its entirety is hereby repealed effective
as of the date of this ordinance.
This ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after its
publication in the manner provided by law.
