AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
TO THE CITY OF WINSLOW

WHEREAS, a petition has been accepted in the form required by
law to annex certain real property described in this ordinance
to the City of Winslow and the Boundary Review Board will not
invoke jurisdiction on said annexation, and the City Council
having held a hearing on the petition now, therefore, the City
Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows:
1. The following described real property located in Kitsap
County and contiguous to the City of Winslow shall be and hereby
is annexed to the City of Winslow:
Lot 20 and Lot 21, Block 3, Madrono Subdivision as
recorded in volume 543, page 272 records of Kitsap
County, Washington.
2. The property described in paragraph 1 of this ordinance
shall be zoned and classified as RS-15,000 pursuant to the pro-
visions of Ordinance 69-16.
3. Pursuant to the Petition filed by the Owners of said
property, the area described in paragraph 1 will be required to
assume any outstanding indebtedness of the City.
4. That the City Council has determined that the action by
the City of annexing the property described in paragraph 1 above
is not a substantial action significantly affecting the environmen
and therefore an environmental impact statement is not required.
