ORD 77-19 TAX LEVYORDINANCE NO. 77-19
AN ORDINANCE OF ~ CITY OF WINSLC~q ESTABLISHING THE REGULAR TAX LEVY
AND EXCESS TAX LEVY FOR ~ 1978 CALENDAR YEAR.
~VHEREAS, a budget for the City of Winslow is presently being compiled,
and
WHEREAS, operating expenditures of past years, together with known
requirements for Bond Redemption, interest charges and approved
special levies to establish the budget requirements for the coming
year,
THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Winslow, Washington do ordain as follows:
THAT the maximum amount of taxes under the 106% limitation be granted
and
II4AT the tax levy for the year 1978 for the City of Winslow, Washington
is believed to be as follows:
