ORD 77-23 AMENDING SHORT PLATSAN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 75-7
RLLATING TO SHORT PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS.
The City Council of the City of Uinslow do ordain as follows:
Section 11 of Ordinance 75-7 is amended to read as follows:
SECTION 1t. APPEAL PROCEDURES. Any person aggrieved
by the decision of the City Engineer may request a review of
that decision by the Hearing Examiner. Any such request
must be in writing to the City and filed with the City Clerk
within ten (I0) working days from the date of the City
Engineer~s decision. Any review by the Hearing Examiner
shall be pursuant to Section 7, Administrative Hearings, of
Ordinance 76-19 as amended.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of V.Tinslow on the
day of October, 1977.
