ORD 78-20 INCREASE IN PARKING RATES ORDINANCE NO. 78 - 20
AN ORDIN~'~CE AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN EXISTING
VEHICLE PARKING RATES.
WHEREAS, it is considered to be necessary to update the parking
fees and
WHEREAS, the cost of maintenance and traffic control at the ferry
terminal is increasing.
THE CITY OF WINSLOW, CITY COUNCIL DO Ot~AIN AS FOLLOWS:
Parking fees effective September 1, 1978
Section 1:
All parking .15¢ per hour, $1.50 maximum per day~
Except Carpool Area.
Hours of operation:
Yellow Zone
Red Zone
White Zone
6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
No charge Sundays, Legal Holidays or after 6:00 p.m.
Monday thru Saturday.
Section 2:
Carpool area~ white numbered spaces 1 thru 23~$20.50
each two calendar month period (not to be pro rated)
Spaces 1 thru 23 in white zone reserved for carpool
cars until 9:00 a.m. After 9:00 a.m. all white
spaces are open for any car paying proper fees.
Carpool Parking fees effective November 1, 1978
Section 3:

each two calendar month period (not to be pro rated)
Spaces 1 thru 23 in white zone reserved for carpool
cars until 9:00 a.m. After 9:00 a.m. all white
