ORD 78-23 AMENDING BUDGET ORDINANCE 77-28ORDINANCE NO. 78-23
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW AMENDING
BUDGET ORDINANCE 77-28 AND PROVIDING FOR REVENUES
AND EXPENDITURES UNFORSEEN AT THE TIME OF THE 1978
BUDGET ADOPTION.
WHEREAS the Winslow City Council did cause to be executed a lease
with the Washington State Toll Bridge Authority for the terminal
parking lot and
WHEREAS Grant funds from the Kitsap County Commissioners
were appropriated for a street marking project and for an extension
of three CETA positions and
WHEREAS additional funds were requested from the Kitsap County
Health Department for Health services in the 1978 budget year and
WHEREAS the Winslow City Council did approve approriations for
a paths and trails planning study, an EIS on the proposed Zoning
Ordinance and a contribution to the Park Development Fund and
WHEREAS these appropriation and revenues were unforseen at the
time of the 1978 Budget adoption
NOW, THEREFORE the Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as
follows:
THAT unanticipated revenues in the Current Expense Fund be
appropriated as follows:
Terminal lease $
Street marking project
Health services contract
Paths and trails planning
EIS on proposed Zoning Ordinance
CETA contract extension
Park Development contribution
