AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX
YEAR STREET IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF
WINSLOW, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, Pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77,010, Laws
of the State of Washington, the CITY OF WINSLOW, has prepared
a revised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program
for the ensuing six calendar years, 1979 through 1984 and,
~EREAS, Pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the
CITY OF WINSLOW being the legislative body of said City did hold
a public hearing on said Comprehensive Plan at 7:30 p.m. at the
City Hall in Winslow, on the 16th day of October, 1978;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT, the revised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street
Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1978 through 1983, be

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and extended

years, 1979 through 1984, together with a copy of this Ordinance,
be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
