ORD 78-35 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION RESERVE FUNDORDINANCE NO. 78-35
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
RESERVE FUND.
WHEREAS, the City Council elected to take the reimbursable
method of complying with the Unemployment Act and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to establish a fund to receive the
monies budgeted for the reserve.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Winslow do
ordain as follows:
Hereby authorize the City Clerk to establish an
Unemployment Reserve Fund and
Hereby authorizes the City Clerk to transfer 11/4%
of all salaries paid by the City with the exception
of CETA employees into said fund and to reimburse
Employment Security Department as required.
