AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW ESTABLISHING A SIGN
MORATORIUM, AMENDING ORDINANCE 77-27 AND RESCINDING
ORDINANCE 78-08
The City Council of the City of Winslow DO ORDAIN as
follows:
SECTION ].
Section 5 of Winslow Ordinance 77-27 ]s amended to read as
follows:
The moratorium on new signs exceeding two feet (2') x four
feet (4') and on major alterations on existing signs is
hereby extende~ until the new sign ordinance now under
consideration ]s adopted not later than March 30, 1979.
SECTION 2.
Winslow Ordinance 78-08 is hereby rescinded.
