PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF WINSLOW.
WHEREAS, a petition has been accepted in the form required by
law to annex certain real property described in this Ordinance
to the City of Winslow and the Boundry Review Board did envoke
jurisdiction of said annexation and did approve the original
petition and the City Council having held a public hearing on
said petition.
NOW THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain
as follows:
1. The following described real property located in Kitsap
County and contiguous to the City of Winslow shall be and
hereby is annexed to the City of Winslow:
Legal Description: Tax Lot 4
The north 333.09 feet of that portion of the Southeast
Quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 26, Township
25 North, Range 2 East, W.M., lying west of a line 648.78
feet West and parallel to the East line of said Subdivision.
Legal Description: Tax Lot 5 and 6
That portion of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter
of Section 26, Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.M., in Kitsap
County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at the
northeast corner of said subdivision, and running thence west
along the north line thereof 648.78 feet; thence south parallel
to the east line of said subdivision 333.09 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING of the tract herein described; thence west
parallel to the north line of said subdivision 484.88 feet,
more or less, to intersect the east line of the west 180 feet
of said subdivision; thence south parallel to the west line of
said subdivision to the south line thereof; thence east along
said south line to a point thereon which is 648.78 feet west
from the east quarter corner of said Section 26; thence north
parallel to the east line of said subdivision to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING: EXCEPT that portion described as follows: Beginning
at a point on the south line of said subdivision which is 833.78
feet west of said east quarter corner; thence north 15 feet to the
TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing north 170 feet; thence
east 170 feet; thence south 88.15 feet to a point of curve; thence
along a curve to the right having a radius of 81.85 feet, a
distance of 128.57 feet; thence west 88.15 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; together with the west 180 feet of said southeast
quarter of the northeast quarter; EXCEPT the north 333.09 feet
thereof.

The property described in paragraph 1 of this
Ordinance shall be zoned and classified as RS-.15,000
pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 69-16.
Pursuant to the petition filed by the owners of said
property, the area described in paragraph 1 will be
required to assume any outstanding indebitedness of
the City.
That the City Council has determined that the action
by the City of annexing the property described in
p~ragraph 1 above is not a substantial action significantly
affecting the environment and therefore an environmental
impact statement is not required.
PASSED by the CITY COUNCIL, of the CITY OF WINSLOW, this
