Chambers, Bainbridge Island City Hall 280 Madison Avenue, Bainbridge Island, WA YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of
Bainbridge Island Planning Commission will conduct Public Hearings on the following Ordinances: Ordinance 2020-04: Concerning wireless
communications facilities; Amending Title 18 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code to add a new Chapter 18.10A BIMC, authorizing and
establishing design and concealment standards for small wireless facilities; Amending BIMC 18.10.030 regarding definitions; Revising BIMC
18.10.010 to adopt applicability section; Repealing and replacing in full Chapter 18.11 BIMC concerning eligible facilities requests; Repealing
interim official control established by Ordinance No. 2019-15 and extended by Ordinance No. 2019-31. Ordinance 2020-05: Relating to the
regulation of signs erected within the City of Bainbridge Island and repealing and replacing Chapter 15.08 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal
Code. The public hearings will be held as part of the regular Planning Commission meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m., in City Hall Council
Chambers, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110. Given the Covid-19 situation, public is strongly encouraged to submit
all comments electronically to pcd@bainbridgewa.gov by 4:00 PM on April 9, 2020. Please include the ordinance number you are commenting
on in the subject line of your email. The City is looking into in-person comment options, but that option may not be available based on public
