City of Bainbridge Island Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice Thursday, August 13, 2020 @ 6:00 PM YOU ARE HEREBY
NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Planning Commission will conduct separate public hearings for each of the following items:
Ordinance 2020-04: Concerning telecommunications facilities; Amending Title 18 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code; Adding a new
Chapter 18.10A BIMC, authorizing and establishing design and concealment standards for small wireless facilities; Amending BIMC 18.10.020
and BIMC 18.36.030 regarding definitions; Revising BIMC 18.10.010 to adopt applicability section; Repealing and replacing in full Chapter
18.11 BIMC concerning eligible facilities requests; Amending Table 18.09.020, BIMC 18.09. 030, BIMC 18.10.030, and BIMC 2.16.040 to
correct drafting errors; Repealing interim official control established by Ordinance No. 2019-15 and extended by Ordinance No. 2019-31 and
Ordinance No. 2020-11. Draft 2021-26 Capital Improvement Plan: As part of the Capital Facilities Element of the City's Comprehensive
Plan, the City inventories existing capital facilities owned by public entities, identifies future needs, and adopts a six year plan for financing
the identified future needs. The City has begun review of the 2021-26 Capital Improvement Plan for City Council consideration during the
2021-22 budget process. Due to the continued COVID-19 Public Health Emergency, the Planning Commission will hold these public hearings
as part of the August 13, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting using the virtual Zoom webinar platform. Members of the public may
