WA YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the following
Ordinance: Ordinance 2020-04: Concerning wireless communications facilities; Amending Title 18 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code
to add a new Chapter 18.10A BIMC, authorizing and establishing design and concealment standards for small wireless facilities; Amending
BIMC 18.10.030 regarding definitions; Revising BIMC 18.10.010 to adopt applicability section; Repealing and replacing in full Chapter 18.11
BIMC concerning eligible facilities requests; Repealing interim official control established by Ordinance No. 2019-15 and extended by
Ordinance No. 2019-31. The public hearing will be held as part of the regular Planning Commission meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m., in
City Hall Council Chambers, 280 Madison Avenue North, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110. You may attend the hearing and provide oral
comment. Written comment may be submitted to the Department of Planning and Community Development or emailed to pcd@
bainbridgewa.gov by 4:00 PM on March 26, 2020. Questions regarding this ordinance may be directed to Deputy City Attorney Robbie
