NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2020-22 Concerning Wireless Communications Facilities TUESDAY, OCTOBER
27, 2020 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing on October 27, 2020, concerning wireless
communications facil- ities; leaving the effective date of the interim official control adopted by Ordinance No. 2019-15 unchanged; adopting
a work plan; and extending the duration of the interim official control adopted by Ordinance No. 2019-15, and previously extended by
Ordinance No. 2019-31 and Ordinance No. 2020-11, for an additional six-month period. The public hearing will be held as part of the remote
City Council meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., on the Zoom platform. A link to the meeting will be provided to the public on October 23,
2020. If you are unable to participate by video conference, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by first class mail or by email at
cityclerk @bainbridgewa.gov. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on October 27, 2020, unless
