City of Bainbridge Island Planning Commission Public Hearing Notice Thursday, December 17, 2020 THE PLANNING COMMISSION
WILL HOLD THIS MEETING USING A VIRTUAL, ZOOM WEBINAR PLATFORM, PER GOVERNOR INSLEE'S "STAY HOME, STAY HEALTHY"
ORDERS. MEMBERS OFTHE PUBLIC WHO DO NOT WISH TO VIEW THE MEETING VIA THE BKAT BROADCAST OR THECITY'S WEBSITE
STREAMING WILL BE ABLE TO CALL IN TO THE ZOOM MEETING. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Planning
Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on the following Ordinance: Ordinance 2020-28: Updates to Tree Regulations found in 16.18,
16.32, 16.20.100 and 18.15.010 BIMC The public hearing will be held as part of the regular Planning Commission meeting which begins at
6:00 p.m. The meeting will be a virtual meeting held on the Zoom platform. Information about joining the virtual meeting will be at the top
of the published meeting agenda, which will be available on the City's website: https:// www.bainbridgewa.gov/ 1101/City-Council-Agen das
You may attend the hearing and provide oral comment. Written comment may be submitted to the Department of Planning and Community
