NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING ORDINANCE NO. 2020-30 RELATING TO THE LEVY OF PROPERTY TAXES TUESDAY, OCTOBER
27, 2020 YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Bainbridge Island City Council will conduct a public hearing on October 27, 2020, to receive public
comment in person or in writing on Ordinance No. 2020-30, relating to the levy of property taxes for the City of Bainbridge Island for the
fiscal year commencing January 1, 2021, on all real and personal property within the City that is subject to taxation; levying both general
property taxes for the purpose of providing sufficient revenue to carry on the usual activities of the City as required by law, and special levy
taxes as authorized by the voters in the November 6, 2001, election. The public hearing will be held as part of the remote City Council
meeting which begins at 6:00 p.m., on the Zoom platform. A link to the meeting will be provided to the public on October 23, 2020. If you
are unable to participate by video conference, comments may be submitted to the City Clerk by first class mail or by email at cityclerk
@bainbridgewa.gov. Written comments may be submitted until the closure of the public hearing on October 27, 2020, unless otherwise
