WHEREAS, a petition has been accepted in the form required by law to annex
certain real property described in this Ordinance to the City of Winslow and
the Boundry Review Board did not envoke jurisdiction of said annexation and
did approve the original petition and the City Council having held a public
hearing on said petition.
NOW ~HEREFORE, ~he City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows:
1. 'lhe following described real property located in Kitsap County and
contiguous to the City of Winslow shall be and hereby is annexed to
the City of Winslow:
Legal Description:
The north west 1/4 of the southwest 1/4, except the north half of
the north half thereof and except south 1/2 of south 1/2 thereof
EXCEPT portion lying easterly of the ~esterly right-of-way of
State Highway 305. All in Sect/on 23 Township 25 North Range 2
east W. M. situate in Kitsap County, WA.
2. The property described in paragraph 1 of this ordinance shall be
zoned and classified as Single-Family Low Density to the provisions
of Ordinance 79-15.
3. ~rsuant to the petition filed by the owners of said property, the area
described in paragraph 1 will be required to assume any outstanding
indebtedness of the City.
4. That the City Council has determined that the action by the City of
annexing the property described in paragraph 1 above is not a substantial
action significantly affecting the environment and therefore an
environmental impact statement is not required.
