RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Bainbridge
Island, Washington, relating to the City's sale and disposal of
surplus City personal property.
WHEREAS, the scheduled replacement of City owned 4nd operated vehicles generated
personal surplus property; and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of a replacement aerial (buc et) truck was authorized in the
2001 Public Works budget, and

WHEREAS, the acquisition and outfitting of said replacement vehicle has been
accomplished, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ; �OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND
WASHINGTON, as follows:
1. That it is in the best interests of the citizens of Banbridge Island to sell property
owned by the City which no longer has beneficial public use;
2. That the personal property be disposed of as. follows:
a) That the personal property identified as a 195 Ford F350 diesel aerial truck
(VIN#IFTCR11TGUC17469 / License 4344D / Estimated Value:
$3,500.00) shall be disposed of through the State of Washington General
Administration's Surplus property program to ated in Auburn, Washington.
b) All revenue generated by surplus equipment shall be returned to the
appropriate fund category in which it was purchased.
