KITSAP C'O!A~Ty AUDITOR r~VUr'.,,' ...... ~ WHEREItS, a petition has been accepted in the form required by' ' law to anDex certain real mrooerty described in this Ordinance to the City of Winslow and the Boundry Review Beard did envoke jurisdiction of said annexation and did aPprove the original petition and the City Council having held a public hearing on said petition. NOW THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows: 1. The following described real property located in Kitsap County and contiquous to the City of Winslow shall be and hereby is annexed to the City of Winslow: Legal Descriotion: Madrono Park, Blk 000 Lot 18 '6' & '75" Ft. of the N. 60 ft. of Tr. 18 lying E. of Fairview AVe. TGW that Pt. of Vac. Ave. Adg. also that Pt. of Gov L 2 Sec 25/25 2E lying E. of Wash. Ave. & W of the M1 CF SD Gov L 2 & B~q the Ely prolongation of N Ln of Tr 18 & more legal description on file. ProPerly located N. E. of Wing Point Way E. and Madrona Ave. 2. The property described in paragraph 1 of this Ordinance shall be zoned and classified as SFR 15,000 pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 79-15. 3. Pursuant to the petition filed by the owners of said property, the area described in paragraph 1 will be required to assume any outstanding indebitedness of the City. 4. That the City Council has determined that the action by the City of annexing the property described in paragraph ] above is not a substantial action significantly affecting the environment and therfore an environmental impact statement is not required.
