A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, relating to
establishment of the agenda for City Council meetings, and amending Section 9
of Resolution No. 96-48.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
SES RESOLVE
that Section 9 of Resolution No. 96-48, relating to rules for City Council
meetings and business, be amended as follows:
Section 9. Council Meeting Agenda.

The relimin agenda for each City Council meeting shall be developed by the

Intergovernmental Co-ordinating Committee. City Council members or the Mayor may have

B. If the Mayor or a Council member desires to add an item to the preliminary
agenda after it has been approved by the Operations Committee, the Mayor or Council
