RES 2003-04 CHANGING DATE OF LID FORMATION HEARING S. ISLAND SEWERRESOLUTION NO. 2003-04
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Resolution No. 2002-34 by changing the date of the
LID formation hearing for the South Island Sewer project.
WHEREAS, the City Council approved on December 11, 2002 Resolution No. 2002-
34 describing the South Island Sewer Project and setting a public hearing date of February 26,
2003 for formation of a local improvement district, and
WHEREAS, information needed for the public hearing will not be available by that
date, and
WHEREAS, all the information needed for the public hearing is anticipated to be
available before April 16, 2003,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE:
1. Section 4 of Resolution 2002-34 shall be amended such that the original hearing date of
February 26, 2003 is changed to April 15, 2003, at 7:00 PM.
2. The remainder of Resolution 2002-34 and all attachments shall remain unchanged and in
effect.
