AN ORDINANCE PNDVIDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF WINSLC~,
WASHINGTON FOR ~HE CALENDAR YEAR 1980.
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Winslow, Washington filed a preliminary
budget for the calendar year 1980 at a regular scheduled meeting on
Nover~Der 5, 1979 and
IqHERFAS, date, time and place was set for hearing for the purpose of establishing
the final budget on December 3, 1979 and notice duly advertised that any taxpa~yer
may appear and be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget,
The Council of the City of Winslow, Washington do ordain as follows:
WHERF~S the 1980 budget does not constitute a major action that would significantly
affect the environment, therefore a negative declaration is hereby declared and
%YAT the following shall constitute the budget for the City of Winslow, Washington
for the period January 1, 1980 through December 31, 1980.
Schedule A and Schedule B are hereby inco_.rporated as a part of this Ordinance.
