ORD 81-07 ADOPTING UNIFORM ENERGY CODE ORDINANCE NO. 81- 07
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW AMENDING
ORDINANCE 79-28 AS AJ~ENDED AND ADOPTING THE
UNIFORM ENERGY CODE.
The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Section 2 of Ordinance 79-28 is hereby amended as follows:
CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE
The following codes are hereby adopted by reference subject
to modifications and/or amendments set forth in Sections 3
through 5o
a. Uniform Building Code and Standards (1979 Edition)
including appendices as prepared by the International
Conference of Building Officials.
b. Uniform Plumbing .Code (1979 Edition) as prepared by the
International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical
Officials.
co Uniform Mechanical Code (1979 Edition) as prepared by the
International Conference of Building Officials.
d. Uniform Fire Code and Standards (1979 Edition) as preDared
by the Intern'atio~al Con{ere~ce of Building Officials' and
Western Fire Chiefs Association.
e. Uniform Code for .the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings
(1979 Edition) as prepared by the International Conference
of Building Officials.
f. The Regulations. for Barrier Free Facilities as published by the
Washington State Building Code Advisory Council on October 1, 1976.
g. Thermal Efficiency Standards pursuant to HoB. 98 (RCW 19.27)
as published by The Washington State Energy Office.
h, W_a~hington Sta.t~ Energy Code (1980 Edition) developed and
adopted by the State Building Code Advisory Council.
In case of conflict among codes adopted for subsections b, c,
and d; the Code adopted per subsection (a) shall govern over
those adopted in subsection b, c, & d only.
