ORD 81-09 AMENDING 1980 BUDGETAN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 80-26
AMENDING THE 1980 BUDGET.
WHEREAS, additional unappropriated funds were available
as follows:
Fund No. 102
Fund No~ 401
Arterial Streets 12,063
Utilities 31,221
NOW THEREFOPS, the Council of the City of Winslow do ordain
as follows:
That Ordinance No. 80-26 be amended to include:
Section 5. That unappropriated revenues received in
the Utilities Fund in the amount of $31,221 is hereby
authorized and approved to be expended for the purpose
of debt service payments.
Section 6. That unappropriated revenues in the Arterial
Street Fund in the amount of $12,063 is hereby authorized
and approved to be expended for the purpose of
construction.
PASSED by unanimous vote of the Council of the City of Winslow
and approved this 25th day of February, 1981.
