ORD 81-22 REZONING THE PLAT OF LARS LONEORDINANCE NO. 81 - 22
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW REZONING
CERTAIN PROPERTY KNOWN AS THE PLAT OF LARS
LONE, LOCATED WITHIN CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF WINSLOW AND DECLARING A NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL
IMPACT OF SUCH ACTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Winslow has aDplied for
a rezone of the Plat of Lars Lone, located within the City limits
of the City of Winslow from Commercial to Medium Density Multi-
Family Residential; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Agency recommended approval of the rezone
to the Hearing Examiner who held a Public Hearing on June 4, 1981
and did transmit to the City Council his Findings of Fact, Conclu-
sions of Law, and Recommendation to approve said rezone; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer prepared an Environmental Impact
Assessment and a determination of non-significance.
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of theCity of Winslow do ordain
as follows:
The real property described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the North half of the
Southwest quarter of Sec. 26-T25N-R2E W.M.; Thence
S 89o26'48"~, 759.00 ft.; thence S 0o34'W 2~9.50 ft.;

thence N 89 26'48"W, 759.0 ft.; thence N 0 34'E 269 50
fto, to the point of beginning.
Located within the City of Winslow is presently zoned
Commercial and hereby is rezoned Medium Density Multi-
Family Residential;
That said action and adoption of this Ordinance is not
environmentally significant and will not affect the
environment.
This Ordinance shall take effect five days after posting
in the manner provided by lawo
