representative of the Bainbridge Island Review
a weekly newspaper.The said newspaper is a
legal newspaper by order of the superior court
in the county in which it is published and is
now and has been for more than six months

Notice hereinafter referred to,published in the
English language continually as a weekly

City Council will conduct
a public hearing on June
8,2021,to receive pub-
lic comment in person
or in writing on Ordi-
nance No.2021-17,ex-
tending the Landmark
Tree Ordinance adopted
pursuant to RCW
36.70A.390:amending
the interim official con-
trol,codified as Chapter
16.32 of tile Bainbridge
Island Municipal Code;
leaving the effective date
of the interim official
control unchanged;up-
dating tile work plan;
and extending the dura-
tion of the interim offi-
cial control until Decem-
ber 26,2021.
The public hearing will
be held as part of the re-
mote City Council meet-
ing which begins at 6:00
p.m.,on the Zoom plat-
form.A link to the meet-
ing will be provided to
the public on June 4,
2021.
