RES 2006-02 STETSON RIDGE II SUBDIVISION FINAL PLAT APPROVALRESOLUTION NO. 2006-02
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, approving the
Stetson Ridge II Subdivision final plat, (File No. FSUB12338)
WHEREAS., the city council approved the preliminary plat under Resolution 2004-13 on
April 28, 2004; and
WHEREAS, the applicant, Stetson Development Company II LLC submitted a final plat
application to the Department of Planning and Community Development on May 26, 2005; and
WHEARAS, the Kitsap Heath District has given final plat approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer reviewed and forwarded a recommendation of approval to
the Department of Planning and Community Development; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Planning and Community Development reviewed and
forwarded its recommendation and the recommendations of other departments for approval to the
City Council; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The subdivision proposed for final plat approval conforms to all terms and
conditions of approval for the preliminary plat.
Section 2. The subdivision proposed for final plat approval conforms to the zoning
ordinance, the comprehensive plan, the subdivision regulations and standards, and all applicable
land use ordinances and applicable state law in effect at the time the fully completed application
for preliminary plat approval was submitted by the applicant to the Department of Planning and
Community Development.
Section 3. The City Council finds that all required plat improvements have been
completed to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works.
Section 4. The Mayor is authorized and directed to inscribe and execute the City
Council's approval on the face of the final plat.
Section 5. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to file the original of the final
plat for record with the Kitsap County Auditor and to file one reproducible copy of the final plat
(containing the Kitsap County Auditor's recording number) with the City Clerk, the City
Engineer, the Kitsap County Assessor and the applicant.
