RES 2006-09 CRITICAL AREA APPLICATION FEERESOLUTION NO 2006-09
A RESOLUTION adding, deleting, and amending fees listed in
the City's Fee Schedule pertaining to critical area applications.
WHEREAS, the City has updated its Critical Areas Ordinance with the approval of
Ordinance No. 2005-03 .and said ordinance established new or revised permits and procedures;
and
WHEREAS, the City has established, by resolution, fees for land use applications and
approvals, as stated in the City's Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department recommended that the City's Fee Schedule be
revised to reflect the changes to the Critical Areas Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, RCW 82.02.020 authorizes the collection of reasonable fees to cover the
costs to the City of processing applications, inspecting and reviewing plans, and preparing
detailed statements required by SEPA; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Delete the following fees from Section 9 of the City of Bainbridge Island Fee
Schedule:
Section 2. Add the following fees to Section 9 of the City of Bainbridge Island Fee
Schedule:
HABITAT BUFFER AVERAGING PERMIT $1,440.00
HABITAT MANAGEMENT PLAN REVIEW $1,440.00
Section 3. Delete the following fees from Section 9 of the City of Bainbridge Island Fee
Schedule:

Section 4. Add the following fee to Section 9 of the City of Bainbridge Island Fee
Schedule:
SPECIAL USE REVIEW (WETLANDS) $1,440.00
Section 5. Amend the following fee description in Section 9 of the City of Bainbridge
Island Fee Schedule:
VARIANCE ADMINSITRATIVE
(ZONING OR CRITICAL AREA) $3,240.00
