ORDINANCE 2004-07
AN ORDINANCE OF 1'HE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND.'WASIDNGTON,
AMJ;NDING FIGURE 1 OF THE WATER RESOURCES ELEMENT OF THE
CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
WHEREAS, on May 16, 2003, and June 26, 2003, Hanson Landing, LLC and Isaac
Francis, submitted applications for a comprehensive plan amendment amending Figure I:
Winslow Water Service Area Map of the Water Resources Element of the City of Bainbridge
Island Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, on >>>>>, the City Council approved the application for Phase II
processing in accordance with BIMC 18.117; and
WHEREAS, the Department of PI~ing and C9mmunity Development~viewed and
forwarded its recommendation for approval of the application to the Planning Commission which
held a public hearing on DATE; and " ~
WHEREAS, thePI~ing Commission forwarded a recommendation to the City Council
to approve the request. NOW THEREFORE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND do ordain as follows: ,)

Section 1: The City Council finds that the Comprehensive Plan AinendIDent is in conformance
with the comprehensive plan and all applicable state laws in effect at the time of approval.
Section 2: Figure I: WinslowWater Service Area map of the Water Resources Element of the
City of Bainbridge Island Comprehensive Plan is amended to extend service area as shown in
Appendix A.
Section 3: The City Clerk is authorized and directed to file, this ordinance for record with the
Kitsap County Auditor, and to file one copy with the recording number with the Kitsap County
Assessor and the applicant.
Section 4: This ordinance shall take ,effect and be in force five days from and after its passage,
approval and publication as required by law.
