ORD 2005-14 CITY CLERK TRANSFER TO EXECUTIVEORDINANCE NO. 2005-14
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, amending
Ordinance 2004-22 and the 2005 Budget (as previously amended by Ordinance
2005-09) and transferring appropriate budgetary amounts supporting the
position of City Clerk moving from Finance and Administrative Services to the
Executive Department effective February 16, 2005.
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2004, the City Council adopted the Budget for 2005 by Ordinance 2004-
22; and
WHEREAS, on March 23, 2005 Ordinance 2005-09 was adopted by the City Council amending
Ordinance 2004-22and the Budget for 2005 and;
WHEREAS, on February 16, 2005 the position of City Clerk was transferred from the Finance and
Administrative Services Department to the Executive Department; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to transfer budgetary amounts related to the position from the Finance and
Administrative Services Department to the Executive Dep~rtment as per the attached schedule; now, therefore
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Ordinance 2004-22 (as previously amended by Ordinance 2005-09) and the 2005 Budget are amended to
reflect a budgetary transfer of appropriate amounts supporting the City Clerk position being moved from the
Finance and Administrative Services Department to the Executive Department as detailed by the attached
schedule.
