A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
fixing a time and place for a public hearing to consider for vacation
of a portion of Point Monroe Drive.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES NEARBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A public hearing shall be held on the requested vacation of A PORTION
OF POINT MONROE DRIVE, described on the attached drawings on April 19, 2004 at 3:30
p.m. before the Public Works & Transportation Committee at the Bainbridge Island Council
Conference Room located at 280 Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington.
Section 2. The Director of Public Works or his designee is authorized and directed to
post, publish and mail notices as required by BIMC 12.34.080.
Section 3. The petition is sufficient under BIMC 12.34.030.
