RES 2005-23 FEE SCHEDULE AMENDMENTS (LAND USE APPLICATIONS, ETC.)RESOLUTION NO 2005-23
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
relating to fees for certain land use applications and approvals and
amending the City's Fee Schedule, and Amending Resolution No.
2000-33
WHEREAS, the City has established by resolution fees for land use applications and
approvals, as stated in the City's Fee Schedule; and
WHEREAS, most fire departments do not charge for annual inspections of existing
buildings for fire hazards; and
WHEREAS, the Bainbridge Island Fire Department and the city council of the City of
Bainbridge Island wish to support the inspection process ; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, as follows:
Section 1. Section 8, Fire and Fire Inspections Fees, of the fee schedule is amended as
follows:
PASSED by the City Council this 22nd day of June, 2005.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 27th day of June, 2005.
