ORD 2007-09 POLICE INVESTIGATIVE FUND
ORDINANCE NO. 2007-09
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
relating to the police investigative fund; and amending Section 3.10.025
of Chapter 3.10 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3.10.025 of Chapter 3.10 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal
Code is amended to read as follows:
"3.10.025 Police investigative fund.
In addition to the amounts shown and described in BIM C 3.10.020, there
shall be maintained a police investigative fund in the amount of $500Q.00 under
the control of the chief of police and subject to no less than the same controls
described in this chapter for other portions of the city's petty cash fund."
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days after its
passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council this 14th day of March 2007.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 15th day of March 2007.
