AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
Amending Bainbridge Island Municipal Code Section 1.12.010,
Posting Places.
WHEREAS, state law requires the City to post city notices and other
documents in designated official posting places; now, therefore,
Section 1. 1.12.010 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code is
amended as follows:
Posting Places. The following public places in the city are designated as
the official posting places for all city notices and other documents
required by law to be posted.
A. Bainbridge Island City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue North,
Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110;
B. Bainbridge Island Chamber of Commerce, 590 Winslow Way East,
Bainbridge Island, Washington 98110
C. Washington State Ferry Passenger Terminal Building, Bainbridge
Island, Washington 98110.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force five days
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required by law.
