RES 2003-23 ESTABLISHING LEAST TOXIC PRODUCTS LIST FOR PEST MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIESResolution Number 2003-23 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island establishing a Least Toxic Products List for use by the City in Pest Management Activities Whereas, the City establish Chapter 16.30 in the Municipal Code regarding pest management and pesticide use by city employees by passage of Ordinance 2003-21; and, Whereas, Section 16.030.030 (C) of the Municipal Code requires that the City establish by Resolution a Least Toxic Products List for use by the City in pest management and pesticide application activities proscribed in Chapter 16.30, Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island Washington does hereby resolve: 4stablishment of a Least Toxic Products List.
