A RESOLUTION of
amending Resolution No
of the 2009/2010 budget.
the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
2008-09 setting the calendar for the preparation
WHEREAS, BIMC 2 82 020 requires that the City Council adopt an "Annual Budget
and Planning Calendar" each year; and
WHEREAS, on January 23, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No 2008-04
setting the "Annual Budget and Planning Calendar" for the budget process during 2008,
and
WHEREAS, on March 12, 2008, the City Council adopted Resolution No 2008-09
which amended said Annual Budget and Planning Calendar; and
WHEREAS, said Annual Budget and Planning Calendar includes a schedule of
events/meetings/hearings regarding the City's annual update of the Six -Year Capital
Facilities Plan, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Annual Budget and Planning
Calendar regarding the schedule of events/meetings/ hearings applying to the City's
annual update of the Six -Year Capital Facilities Plan to reflect the following:
June 16, 2008 — Consideration of the CFP project list by the Public Works &
Transportation Committee.
June 17, 2008 — Consideration of the CFP project list by the Finance Committee
June 25, 2008 — First Reading of the Six -Year Capital Facilities Plan Update
Ordinance.
July 9, 2008 — Second Reading and Public Hearing regarding the Six -Year Capital
Facilities Plan Update Ordinance
July 23, 2008 — Possible Continuation of Second Reading and Public Hearing
regarding the Six -Year Capital Facilities Plan Update Ordinance
November 12, 2008 — Additional Second Reading and Public Hearing regarding
the Six -Year Capital Facilities Plan Update Ordinance
December 10, 2008 — Third Reading and Adoption of the Six -Year Capital
Facilities Plan Update Ordinance, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS -
The City's Annual Budget and Planning Calendar that was adopted pursuant to City
Resolution No 2008-09 is hereby amended regarding the schedule of
events/meetings/hearings applying to the City's annual update of the Six -Year Capital

Facilities Plan in accordance with the attached and incorporated Annual Budget and
Planning Calendar "
