RES 2008-23 SEWER SERVICE EXTENSION FERNCLIFF AND GARIBALDI LOOPR SOLUTI I NO. 2008-23
RESOLUTION of the City. of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
approving the expansion of the City's sewer service area to include
Tax Lot Parcel Number 232502-3-010-2000 situated west of
Ferncliff Avenue and approximately 200 feet north of N
Garibaldi Loop.
WHEREAS, Mr. Scott Taylor is the owner of Tax Parcel Number 232502-3-010-2000
situated west of Ferneliff Avenue and approximately 200 feet north of NE Garibaldi Loop; and
WHEREAS, this property is outside of the existing sewer service area boundary as
identified in the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a Comprehensive Plan Update by Ordinance
To. 2004-0 n December 8, 2004 which provides for minor modifications to the Sewer Service
Area (Figure 2) pursuant to SSP 2.; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to sere only the existing residence on the lot; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that this request meets the requirements of
SSP 2.4 to extend the Winslow Sewer Service area;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND DOES S RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the City's existing sewer service area be modified to include Tax Parcel Number
232502-3-010-2000 with the following conditions:
a That a single sewer service connection to the existing residence on the property be
provided at this time.
b Prior to receiving permits and starting construction of the sewer line extensi
