A► RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending and clarifying the City's miscellaneous fee schedule as it
relates .to fees for the usage of. ..the city dock, linear moorage
system, and boat ramp in Waterfront 'ark, as last amended by
Resolution No. 99-1.9.
WH R AS; the 'City established fees for use of the Cit dock .and linear moo.g a in
Eagle Harbor Resolution tion No. 93 -3 6, Resolution No, 97-3 4, and Resolution No. 9 9-19; and
WHEREAS, the City Wishes to defray maint na costs of the' Waterfront Park
facilities by amending the fee structure for the Boat Dock and Linear Moorage and adding
additional fees for use of the boat ramp rd -parking lot; =
WHEREAS, a new fee for the -first= three -hours -of mooring at the' hoat dock will -be" added
to the fee schedule,, , and 'the boat dock mooring fee for time in excess of three hors Will be
{ increased from $.25 per foot to $.50 per foot;
WHEREAS, new fee's for use of the boat ramp with boat/trailer parking, commercial use
of the boat a'n and- hard launch with ear parking will be added to the City's fee schedule; now
therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS,0
Section 1.. The Boat Dock and Linear Moorage Fee set forth in the "Miscellaneous Fees"
section of Resolution leo. 92-39 and subsequently amended by Resoltition No. 9734, and
Resolution No. 99-198, and the City's fee schedule setting miscellaneous fees charged by the City
are amended as follows:
BOAT SOCK MOORING FEE FIRST
THREE HOURS
BOAT DOCK MOORING FEE
LINEAR MOORAGE FEE
$10 per foot for three 3
hours or less.''
