ORD 2010-12 AMENDING LAND USE ELEMENT & DELETING ECONOMIC ELEMENT AN ~RDINANE of the its of Bainbrid~a Island, ahintan amending Palic~ LM ~, ~ of the Land Use Element and deleting Policy E2.7 of the economic Element of the City of ~ainb~'idge island Carrzprehensive Plan. WHEREAS, the Cl of ~a~nbr~dge island adopted the Camprehensi~e Plan on December 1,1994; W~E~AS, in accordance with Chapter 3~.7~A ~, the C~roWth Management Act, the City xs required to review and update it's Camprchensive Plan; WHEREAS, Land [Jse Element palic~ L 2, ~ specifies that development an ~ acres coned light manufacturing located west of state route SOS and north of Dad Road shall occur through a rriaster plann process; and WHEREAS, in 1997, the City Implemented Land use . E~errzent palls 2.1 b~ adopting ordinance 97-aI, which established ~.inbridge Island Municipal Code {WING} Chapter 18.125 Master Planned Development, which outlines a process and standards to aPpl~ to those 3 5 sores of light rr~anufae~u~in; and .
