ORD 2010-18 MASTER PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS AN ~RI~INANCE ~~ the City ~~ Bainbridge Island; Washington, x+elatin to master planned developments, and repealing Chapter 18. l ~5 of the Bainbridge Island ll~unicipal Code. ~IER~A, the master planned development process, criteria and standards of BIIC Chapter 18,1 ~~ mere adopted by the C1ty Council in 199'x; and .
