RES 2010-40 RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF BUSINESS LICENSE FEES BY THE CITYRESOLUTION NO. 2010-40
RESOLUTION f the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington relating
to the imposition of Business License Fees by the City, and amending
Section 2 of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule.
WHEREAS, in 1992 the City Council passed ordinance No. 92-10 which, in pail, authorized
the City Council to set fees for business licenses by resolution; and
WHEREAS, S, at a Special City Council fleeting on October 19, 2010, the City Council passed
motion to increase business license fees to a flat $65.00, and the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule
reeds to be amended accordingly; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule is amended to read as follows;
