RES 2010-39 AMENDING RES NO. 2010-38 SETTING THE CALENDAR FOR PREPARATION OF 2011/2012 BUDGERESOLUTION O, 2010-3
RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Resolution No. 2010-38 setting the calendar for the preparation
of the 2011/2012 Biennial Budget and 2011-2016 Capital Facilities Plan
WHEREAS, Section 2, 2 . o2o ofthe Bainbridge Island Municipal Code requires
that the City Council adopt an "Annual Budget and Planning Calendar" each year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2010-19 on April 28, 2010
amending the "2011/2012 Biennial Budget and Planning Calendar" which was
subsequently amended by Resolution No, 2010-25 on September 1, 2010 and Resolution
No. 2010-3 8 on October .13, 2010; and
WHEREAS, said Biennial Budget and Planning Calendar includes a schedule of
events/meetings/hearingsregarding the City's annual update of the Six -Year Capital
Facilities Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend the Biennial Budget and Planning
Calendar; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
The City's Annual Budget and Planning Calendar that was adopted pursuant to
Resolution No. 2010-38 regarding the schedule of events/meetings/hearings for the
preparation of the 201112012 Biennial Budget and 2011-2016 Capital Facilities Plan is
hereby amended and restated as set forth in the attached Annual Budget and Planning
Calendar,
PASSED by the City Council this 10'11day of November 2010.
APPROVED by the Mayor this 1 'n day of November 2010.
