is hereby amended to read as follows:
"13.2~.~?0 Single-family and duplex residential fees.
The monthly service fee for each single-farr~ily and duplex residential
dellir~ from January 1, X01 l ~, through December 31, ~~ 11 ~, shall b
1 ~,~~~; provided that the ratio of imper~iaus to per~iaus surface of the
lot shall not exceed 5~ percent, If the ratio of irnper~ious to per~riaus
