A. It Shall ~~ ~ traffic lnflactlon for and person to permit or alto a
vehicle to stop, stand, or parr in violation of this chapter, The m.on.eta~"~
petlalt~ for '~lolatlon Of this chapter shall be $~otoo for each such
violation, except as follows:
1. For violation of BI 1 ~,oSioo, ~~~~ for each ~iolatian.
. For violation of ~1 lo~o~~ loo, ~~~,~~ for the first violation,
~,~~ for the S~~ot7d ~lolatlon ar~s~ng out Df the Same trafflC 117fractlon
as the first violation, and $~~.oo for the third violation arising out of the
sane traff c infraction as the second violation.
3. For violation ~~' Br 1 o.oS.o?'o, Jo,oo for the fit"t '~101~t10~1, and
1 ~~,~~ for the second and all Sl1~SeC~llent '~lolatlons, In addition to
n~onetar~ penalties, a carpool permit holder violating BI1VI lo.0~.070 on

vehicle mad be toed and impounded at the owner' expense.
A notice of traffic infraction shall he affixed in a conspicuous place on the
vehicle stopped, standing, or parked in ~riolation of this chapte~• and shall
be in the form approved b~ the administrator for the courts. ill rnonetar~
