RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
fixing a time and place for the public hearing. on the final assessment
roll for Local Improvement District No. 22 and directing that notice.

WHEREAS,, the final assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 22, which was
created and established by Ordinance No. 2010-3 2 passed by the City Council on October 13, 2010,
has been prepared as provided by law and is on file with the City Clerk and
WH RIEAS, it is necessary to fix the date foruhl�e hearing thereon before the City
Council; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL F THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE -IS AN
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the public hearing on the fmal assessment roll for Local Improvement. District No. 22
will he heel before the City Council as part of their regular City Council study session/meeting
which begins at 7:00 p.m,, local time, in the Bainbridge Island City Council Chambers, 280
Madison Avenue N., Bainbridge Island, Washington on February 2, 2011. The City Clerk is
instructed to cause notice to be given both by mailing and publication as required -by law.
