RES 2011-08 RELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF BUSINESS LICENSE FEES BY THE CITYRESOLUTION No, 2011-08
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington relating
to the imposition of Business License Fees by the City, and amending
Section 2 of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule.
WHEREAS, in 1992 the City Council passed Ordinance No. 92-10 which, in part, authorized
the City Council to set fees for business licenses by resolution; and
WHEREAS, at a Special City Council Meeting on October 19, 2010, the City Council passed a
motion to increase business license fees to a flat $65.00, and the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule
was amended accordingly;
WHEREAS, City Council would like to simplify the fee schedule further to clarify the penalty
for late payments, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule is amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in force on and after April -27, 2011.
