RES 2011-15 AMENDING SEC 3 OF THE FEE SCHEDULE AS IT RELATES TO COPY FEES FOR PUBLIC RECORDSRESOLUTION NO. 2011-15
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Section 3 of the City's fee schedule as it relates to copy
fees for public records requests.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 2.80 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code,
the City has established a fee for copies of public records in its fee schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City periodically updates its fee schedule for various nonstandard
public records or those in other formats or media to reflect the actual cost of producing such
records; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section, 1. Section 3 of the City's fee schedule setting copy fees charged by the City is
amended to read as follows:
MISCELLANEOUS COPIES (black
and white, 44-t5" X 14" or smaller,
including scanning to an electronic
format)
11 " X 17" black and white codes
COLOR COPIES, 8.5" x 14" or
11" X 17" color copies
AUDIO TAPES
ELECTRONIC MEDIA
(COMPUTER DISC, DVD, FLASH
DRIVE, ETC.)
(For electronic copies of records
exceeding 100 pages or 10 emails,
audio recordings and video
recordings. Flash drives to be
$0.15 per page or per side on 2 -sided copies
(Ist 10 pages free)
