ORD 2011-10 RELATING TO CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETINGSORDINANCE ND. Zoll-lo
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, relating
to the schedule for regular meetings of the City Council; amending
Section 2.04.030 of the Bainbridge Island Municipal Code ~to establish the
times of such meetings,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the business of the City is best
served by scheduling the start of Study Sessions for 5:30 pm;

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, ~VASHINGT~N, DIES ORDAIN AS F~LL~WS:
Section 1. Section 2.04.030 of the Bainbridge island Municipal Code is hereby amended
as follows:
2.04,030 Time. City council meetings on the first and third
Wednesday of each month shall begin at 5:30 4 ;~4 p.m. T-l~e~- '~° ~~,r n„°'~-PCity
council meetings on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month shall begin
with an o ortunit for executive session at 6:30 .m, followed at 7:00 p,m.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force fve ~5}days from its passage,
approval, and publication as required by law.
