RES 2011-20 AMENDING SECTION 12(B) OF THE FEE SCHEDULE AS IT RELATES TO MONTHLY WATER RATERESOLUTION NO. 2011-20
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending Section 12(B) of the City's fee schedule as it relates to
monthly water service rates.
WHEREAS, on September 7, 2011, City Council passed Ordinance No. 2011-14
lowering the City's water rates by thirty-four percent (34%); and
WHEREAS, the City's Fee Schedule needs to be updated to reflect the revised water
rates; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 12(B), Water Rates, of the City's Fee Schedule is hereby amended to
read as follows:

WATER RATES FOR THE WINSLOW WATER SYSTEM
CATEGORY 1 (Single Family) shall pay a monthly fixed base rate
based on size of water meter as follows:
